Welcome to Odysmart. By accessing our website or purchasing an eSIM from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. About Odysmart
Odysmart sells digital eSIM data plans for travelers. No physical SIM cards are shipped. eSIMs are delivered electronically after purchase. Odysmart works with third-party partners to provide connectivity, including eSIM Go and local mobile network operators.
2. Eligibility and device requirements
To use Odysmart, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a legal guardian)
Use an unlocked and eSIM-compatible device
Provide accurate information during checkout
You are responsible for confirming your device compatibility and unlock status before purchase.
3. Purchase, delivery, and activation
eSIMs are delivered digitally by email after successful payment (delivery is usually instant but may take a few minutes)
Installation requires scanning a QR code (or clicking an installation link on iPhone) and following the provided instructions
Each eSIM can be installed only once and on one device; once installed, it cannot be transferred, and if deleted, it cannot be reinstalled
To avoid any issues, do not delete your eSIM until your plan has fully expired.
4. Service availability and network coverage
Coverage provider
Network coverage and connectivity are provided through eSIM Go and its partner mobile networks.
Coverage limitations
Coverage, speeds, latency, and availability depend on:
Your location (including indoor coverage, rural areas, mountains, islands, tunnels, etc.)
Local network availability and capacity
Device capabilities and settings
Temporary outages, maintenance, or restrictions by local operators
Odysmart is not responsible if:
A specific area within a destination has no network coverage because coverage does not exist there, or
Coverage is limited or unavailable due to factors outside Odysmart’s control (local operator performance, congestion, maintenance, regulatory actions, or environmental conditions).
We do our best to offer reliable plans, but we cannot guarantee coverage everywhere within a country.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the service for illegal activity, fraud, or abuse
Resell, distribute, or share eSIMs without permission
Interfere with networks or attempt unauthorized access
Use automated methods to scrape, copy, or disrupt the website or service
We may suspend access if we believe there is misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.
6. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout
- Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers
- Odysmart does not store full payment card details
Prices may change over time, but changes will not affect orders already paid.
7. Refunds and cancellations (important)
Odysmart eSIMs are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Because of this, purchases are generally final once delivered.
No “change of mind” refunds
Refunds are not provided if:
You decide not to use the eSIM
Your travel plans change
The eSIM is unused but delivered correctly
You purchased the wrong destination or data plan
Your device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked
The issue is caused by incorrect installation or device settings
The eSIM was deleted from the device after installation
The eSIM was installed on the wrong device or removed by the user
The user attempted to reinstall or transfer an eSIM that is single-use and non-transferable
Each Odysmart eSIM can be installed only once and on one device. Once installed, it cannot be transferred, and if deleted, it cannot be reinstalled.
Technical issue refunds
A refund may be issued only if:
The eSIM does not work due to a confirmed technical issue, and
Our support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide a replacement eSIM

8. EU consumers - digital content and right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days.
However, because Odysmart provides digital content/services delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you:
Request immediate delivery/performance, and
Acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery/performance begins.
This does not affect your rights where the service is faulty or not provided as promised.
9. Intellectual property
All content on Odysmart (website text, design, branding, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to Odysmart. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Odysmart is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, business interruption, etc.)
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or minimum speeds
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected eSIM plan
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and applies from the date it is published.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law, including where you are a consumer residing in the European Union.
Odysmart operates from the United Arab Emirates. Accessing and using the service from other locations may be subject to local laws and regulations.
